With an ever expanding workforce of both direct hire craft and professional staff, Jacobs Global Field Services provides support to clients in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, consumer products, pulp and paper, automotive, mining and metals business lines across multiple markets.

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

  • Open work orders (WO) and contract work requests (CWR) in the client's SAP system daily.

  • Prepare download file of WO using Microsoft Excel for electronic upload into field labor analysis light system (FLAL) weekly.

  • Process/summarize site hours date using Microsoft Access database and issue to cost analyst for validation and corrections. Make any corrections to site hours and import data into FLAL.

  • Download and prepare project estimates and change orders as required and add to FLAL.

  • Weekly backup of system and preparation for beginning new work week.

  • Electronically distribute weekly progress reports to cost analyst

  • Prepare and distribute the weekly summary reports. Maintain field progressing systems for pipe, steel, electrical, and concrete.

  • Weekly distribution of field progress reports and compile and print weekly status reports for project analyst.

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in P6

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in industrial construction/maintenance industry

  • Commitment to safety
