Temporary/Casual Staff (Fixed Term)
PART-TIME - TEMPORARY POSITION. BEEVILLE LOCATION.
Assist in processing samples and laboratory analyses of soil and plants.
Planting and maintaining small plots for agronomic research.
Weighing seed, planting, and mowing.
Clipping plots, soil sampling, weighing and labeling bags, weighing samples, drying samples and recording data. Preparation of samples for analysis to include weighing and bagging.
Other duties as assigned.
Currently enrolled in a High School or College/University
Some plant science experience.
Required special knowledge, abilities, and skills:
Ability to establish effective working relationships.
