Proposed Minimum Salary
Assistant Professor of Organic Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry beginning in Fall 2018
The candidate will primarily teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Organic Chemistry, but other courses may be assigned as well depending on the needs of the Department. He/She should develop a vigorous externally funded, research program involving undergraduate and graduate students. Service to the department and University is expected.
Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution or university. Applicants must have 18 graduate credit hours for every field in which he/she will teach.
Post-Doctoral research and teaching experience is highly recommended.
